Managing THQ Mirali Hospital
SARHAD PAKISTAN is responsible for managing Tehsil Headquarter Hospital (THQ) Mirali, North Waziristan under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Department. This initiative ensures:
Quality medical services for the local population
Round-the-clock emergency care
Specialized treatments for mother & child healthcare

📌 Total Project Cost: 1.296 Billion PKR

Emergency & Mobile Health Clinics
SARHAD PAKISTAN organizes free medical camps and mobile health units to deliver healthcare services in remote and disaster-affected areas. These initiatives include:
Emergency medical aid & treatment
Basic health checkups & disease screenings
Distribution of essential medicines

Mother & Child Healthcare (MNCH) Services
SARHAD PAKISTAN has partnered with UNICEF Pakistan to provide maternal & child health services in selected districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The program focuses on:
Reducing maternal & infant mortality
Prenatal & postnatal care for mothers
Newborn healthcare services & vaccinations

Disease Prevention & Awareness Programs
SARHAD PAKISTAN runs HIV/AIDS prevention & awareness programs in collaboration with Family Health International (FHI), UN agencies, and the Pakistan government.

HIV/AIDS education & voluntary counseling
Screening and treatment for sexually transmitted infections (STIs)
Awareness sessions on malaria, tuberculosis, and hepatitis
